Dr. Ebron served on the Secretariat for the United Nations Secretary-General's High-Level Panel on Women's Economic Empowerment, contributing to groundbreaking policy recommendations that have shaped global frameworks for women's economic participation. As Co-Researcher and Co-Author of the landmark global policy paper, "Women Belonging to Communities Discriminated Against on Work and Descent: Advancing Intersectional Rights and Justice," she helped chart new territory in intersectional human rights advocacy. This seminal work, launched at the UN High-Level Political Forum in July 2025, has influenced policy dialogues across multiple UN agencies, member states and civil society.
